Job Summary
Supporting student well-being and engagement, the part-time hourly Alabama Licensed Student Wellness Facilitator will deliver social-emotional learning lessons, facilitate small-group interventions, and collaborate with educational teams to enhance student support, working remotely for approximately 25 hours per week from July 16th through September 30th.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SEL lessons focused on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and positive learning habits
- Facilitate small-group interventions for students with behavioral, emotional, or neurodivergent needs
- Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and MTSS teams to align and enhance student support initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Background in education, counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (degree or equivalent experience)
- Experience teaching SEL skills or working with students on emotional and behavioral strategies
- Comfort leading classroom lessons and small-group activities
- Familiarity with MTSS and SEL frameworks preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
