Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Alabama Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, focusing on lower to moderate acuity populations while managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions for clients with various mental health concerns
• Make independent treatment decisions while adhering to evidence-based clinical standards
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
