A company is looking for an Alabama Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine title orders to determine conditions of title and insurability
• Research title plant software and analyze record documents for ownership and legal descriptions
• Prepare accurate title commitments and assess risks and liabilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of four years of industry experience
• Knowledge of real estate law and title/escrow curative procedures
• Familiarity with title searching software preferred
• Prior experience examining titles in the State of Alabama
