Alabama Licensed Triage LPN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage LPN to join their remote triage team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and secure message-based interactions with patients to assess health concerns using approved protocols
• Triage patient needs within the LPN scope and escalate to a Registered Nurse or provider as necessary
• Educate patients on self-care, appointment scheduling, and follow-up instructions as directed by care pathways

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in a compact licensure state
• Minimum of 5 years of LPN experience in primary care, community health, or ambulatory settings
• Previous telephone triage or remote patient interaction experience strongly preferred
• High level of comfort using technology, including EMRs and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
