Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse (Telehealth) to provide clinical support for patients remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and triage patients based on established protocols
• Respond to patient inquiries via calls and secure messaging portals
• Document assessments and care coordination activities in electronic medical records (EMRs)

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in a compact licensure state
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in primary care, community health, or ambulatory settings
• Prior remote RN triage experience or experience with telephone-based care delivery preferred
• Proficiency in using EMRs and standard office software
• Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical protocols and best practices
