Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Medicaid Support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Update account history and follow up with clients to ensure resolution of inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client inquiries and recommend procedural changes for efficiency


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service to Medicaid recipients
  • Experience in assisting with eligibility and claims inquiries
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
