Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Care Manager RN.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support for patients through collaboration and team-oriented problem-solving

Maintain ethical conduct regarding confidentiality and professional standards

Required Qualifications and Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing or 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions, eligible for AK & WA licensure
Experience in maintaining ethical conduct and confidentiality
Ability to work during Pacific Coast time standard business hours
CCMC certification and experience in self-management teaching are preferred
