Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Leader for educational travel programs in Alaska.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide curriculum and educational content for program staff approval
• Deliver lectures and guided hikes, ensuring high-quality educational experiences
• Supply supporting materials and facilitate question and answer sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience strongly preferred
• CTP Certificate for Group Leaders required or equivalent professional tourism experience
• 1+ years of group leadership experience in an educational or travel program environment
• Preferably resides in the program destination or has intimate knowledge of the area
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
