Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the temporary remote Alaska Licensed Bilingual Agent in Yup'ik will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records while working in a quiet and secure environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to address customer inquiries and issues
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions while adhering to call handling procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies and document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Yup'ik
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer support role preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office and Teams
