Alaska Licensed Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager - RN - Full-time (Remote U.S. within Alaska Time Zone Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Clinical Operations and supervise clinical support staff
• Develop and maintain procedures for departmental goals and monitor business metrics
• Coordinate all aspects of clinical operations including scheduling, program management, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Alaska or ability to obtain within three months
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of operations management experience in Medicaid or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations related to utilization management
• Expertise in employee development and performance management
