Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Alaska Licensed Escrow Officer will manage residential transactions from opening through disbursement, ensuring a seamless closing experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all title and escrow work for residential transactions, managing a high volume pipeline of files
• Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate agents and stakeholders, providing proactive communication and updates
• Act as the lead problem solver for file-level issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting residential escrow closings, preferably in multiple states
• Active Escrow License / Title Producer License, or willingness to obtain as required
• Must reside in the state of Alaska
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and high transaction volume
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of positive feedback from agents and clients
