Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team-based Financial Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to build long-term relationships based on shared values and goals
• Educate clients on financial decisions regarding investments, insurance, retirement, and generosity
• Develop a personal network through local nonprofits, churches, and businesses for future growth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Obtain state insurance licenses (life, health, and variable contracts) and Series 7 and 66 registrations
• Participate in a comprehensive training program lasting up to eight weeks
• Self-disciplined and motivated to help others achieve their goals
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for serving others
• Experience in fields such as sales, business management, education, or military is beneficial
