Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leasing Generalist - Due Diligence Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various leasing documents such as leases, amendments, and estoppel certificates
• Manage leasing workflows across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets
• Oversee virtual data room (VDR) organization and document readiness for due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience in commercial real estate leasing and M&A transactions
• Familiarity with virtual data room (VDR) processes and due diligence coordination
• Strong understanding of lease obligations and risk assessment
