Job Summary

A company is looking for a Generalist - Due Diligence Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate leasing documents and manage leasing workflows across various asset types
• Collaborate with leasing agents and external counsel to streamline deal execution and analyze litigation disclosed in VDRs
• Organize and maintain VDR materials for legal due diligence and assess corporate ethics policies and procedures

Required Qualifications and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in good standing
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions and leasing
• Knowledge of due diligence processes and risk assessment
• Familiarity with virtual data room (VDR) management
