Job Summary

Supporting a Loan Officer based in Alaska, the full-time remote Alaska Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage the loan setup phase, organize files, issue disclosures, and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance throughout the loan process.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for loan setup, disclosures, and ordering necessary third-party verifications
• Organize new files within 24 hours of receipt and verify compliance document issuance
• Review documentation for discrepancies and assist Loan Processors with post-closing conditions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of loan processing or Real Estate finance experience
• Experience with mortgage loan processing systems, preferably Encompass
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and accurate data input skills
