Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on harm reduction, the full-time Alaska Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to manage and deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD), independently initiating and overseeing buprenorphine treatment in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder
  • Provide patient-centered care in a fully remote outpatient environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals
Required qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Alaska or other specified states
  • At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
  • Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
  • Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
  • Commitment to harm reduction principles and compassionate care
