Job Summary
Providing compassionate psychiatric care through telehealth, the full-time or part-time Alaska Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical peers, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses for various mental health conditions
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews to ensure high-quality patient care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills
- Experience with electronic health record systems and remote care delivery
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
