Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Officer in Commercial Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates service requests for an assigned book of clients and ensures compliance with regulations
• Coordinates the setup and maintenance of deposit accounts and resolves client overdrafts and delinquencies
• Responds to client inquiries and collaborates with internal partners to ensure service request resolution

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial lending concepts or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial banking support functions
• Expertise in servicing commercial banking clients and identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Excellent knowledge of commercial loan and deposit documentation
• Understanding of BSA/AML program and compliance regulations
