To support high-volume real estate professionals, the part-time Alaska Licensed Transaction Coordinator will deliver exceptional transaction coordination, maintain records within the tech platform, and ensure proactive communication with clients and agents while working remotely as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients
• Provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals
• Maintain transaction records and updates within the tech platform

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent
• Strong working knowledge of residential real estate documents and timelines
• Willingness to learn contracts and compliance from multiple states
• Confidence using digital tools, platforms, and systems
