Key responsibilities:

Required qualifications:
  • BS/BA college degree preferred, particularly in business administration, finance, or marketing
  • 8+ years of Workers Compensation claims adjusting experience, including supervisory roles
  • In-depth knowledge of Alaska workers' compensation laws and regulations is essential
  • 3+ years of claims leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound recommendations related to claims support
