Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of workers' compensation professionals, the full-time remote Alaska Licensed Workers Comp Supervisor will ensure high-quality claims management, oversee adjusters and administrative staff, and drive performance in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high standards in claims handling
• Hire, develop, and coach staff to optimize performance and support succession planning
• Collaborate with regional teams to enhance customer service and operational workflows

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA college degree preferred, particularly in business administration, finance, or marketing
• 8+ years of Workers Compensation claims adjusting experience, including supervisory roles
• In-depth knowledge of Alaska workers' compensation laws and regulations is essential
• 3+ years of claims leadership experience with a proven track record of success
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound recommendations related to claims support
