Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full P&L responsibility for the region, driving performance against budget
• Champion operational discipline and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing patient and teammate satisfaction
• Lead and develop clinical teams, aligning goals with departmental and company initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a comparable industry
• Proven experience in developing high-performing teams and managing full P&L for a large business unit
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Exceptional client-facing skills with a focus on building executive-level partnerships
• Experience in value-based healthcare or population health management is preferred
