Job Summary

A remote school psychologist position is available in Fairbanks, AK, catering to K-12 students throughout Alaska, conducting assessments, providing counseling and therapeutic services, collaborating with teachers and parents, and monitoring student progress.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and needs
• Interpreting assessment results and providing recommendations for personalized interventions and accommodations
• Offering counseling and therapeutic services to students through teleconferencing and remote technologies

Qualifications:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist in Alaska
• Demonstrated experience as a School Psychologist, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms for assessments, counseling, and collaborative purposes
• Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
