Alberta Licensed Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing care navigation program, the full-time Alberta Licensed Enrollment Specialist will conduct patient outreach, manage enrollment processes, and build relationships with prospective participants in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective program participants, managing a structured referral queue
• Build rapport with older adults, addressing concerns and facilitating enrollment through effective communication
• Document patient information and ensure compliance with consent procedures during each call

Required qualifications

• Must be located in Alberta, Canada and authorized to work without employer sponsorship
• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential required
• 1+ years of patient-facing healthcare experience in settings such as enrollment or senior care
• Proven outbound sales or telephonic outreach experience with a track record of objection handling
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
