Job Summary

A company is looking for an Algo Trading Quant to design, build, and deploy automated quantitative trading strategies on decentralized perpetual exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement predictive quantitative trading models for automated execution
• Write clean, production-grade code and manage the full development cycle of trading systems
• Collaborate with peers to validate and stress-test trading strategies before deployment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying quantitative trading models at a top-tier firm
• Proven track record of building profitable automated trading strategies in production
• Experience with machine learning applied to trading and statistical modeling techniques
• Strong software engineering practices, including version control and automated testing
• Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of projects end-to-end
