Job Summary
To support the development of innovative medical devices, the full-time remote Algorithm Engineer will manage the entire biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle, including data curation, algorithm implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle, from specifications gathering to production and maintenance
- Select and implement appropriate methods for algorithm development, enhancing internal machine learning tools for efficiency
- Present algorithm results to stakeholders and support client-facing projects to maximize the impact of algorithms
Required qualifications
- Over 4 years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, preferably in health sciences or regulated fields
- Proficiency in digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics, with a focus on using the right tools for specific problems
- Experience with PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks for model training and deployment
- Familiarity with recent advances in deep learning, including Transformer models and large-scale training
- Strong understanding of software and ML engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and CI/CD
