Algorithm Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Algorithm Engineer, the remote position will focus on developing and optimizing advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms to enhance product features that impact patient well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, implement, and optimize biomedical machine learning and deep learning algorithms using sensor data
• Own the end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle, including data curation, model development, validation, deployment, and post-market monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define specifications and performance targets for sensors and algorithms

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on deep learning, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of industry or academic experience applying advanced deep learning and machine learning algorithms
• Strong hands-on expertise with various deep learning and machine learning architectures
• Demonstrated application of signal processing theory and experience in signal acquisition and processing
• Familiarity with physiological signals and knowledge of human physiology is highly desired
