Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Counselor (Allergy).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for medical services and educate patients on financial responsibilities
• Receive inbound calls, provide financial counseling, and document all actions accurately
• Review account transactions, process payments, and establish payment plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of customer service experience in medical billing and collections
• Experience with CPT and ICD coding
• Some higher education preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
