Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alliance Coordinator to support operations, events, projects, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate team and community meetings, including logistics and notetaking
  • Support project coordination and assist in planning project-related activities
  • Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events, managing logistics and vendor relations
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordinator role
  • Experience with digital tools including Google Suite, Zoom, Airtable, HubSpot, and WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of seafood sustainability is a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
