Job Summary
A company is looking for an Alliance Coordinator to support operations, events, projects, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team and community meetings, including logistics and notetaking
- Support project coordination and assist in planning project-related activities
- Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events, managing logistics and vendor relations
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordinator role
- Experience with digital tools including Google Suite, Zoom, Airtable, HubSpot, and WordPress
- Basic knowledge of seafood sustainability is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
