Alliance Enablement Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Alliance Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a scalable Microsoft Alliance & Marketplace Enablement Program
• Develop structured internal enablement for various sales roles to ensure understanding of Microsoft Alliance and Marketplace transactions
• Build external-facing enablement journeys and materials for educating ecosystem partners on Marketplace operations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales, alliance, or channel enablement within SaaS or cybersecurity
• Experience with Microsoft alliances and Marketplace, including co-sell motions and transaction dynamics
• Strong understanding of the SaaS and cybersecurity ecosystem, including distributors and resellers
• Experience in designing and delivering scalable enablement programs and training sessions
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
