Key Responsibilities

• Build the ecosystem from scratch by identifying, recruiting, and activating technology and cloud partners
• Drive partner revenue through co-selling motions and building partner-sourced pipeline
• Win executive mindshare by forging relationships with C-suite and VP stakeholders at strategic partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, specifically in Cloud, Big Data, or Streaming Analytics
• Proven track record of growing partnerships from $0 to $10M+ or launching new territories
• Fluent understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and the modern data stack
• Ability to navigate competitive and cooperative dynamics effectively
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
