Alliance RVP

Job Summary

Owning the partner management function, the full-time Alliance RVP will focus on strategic partnership planning, sponsor development, and relationship management, with opportunities for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Expand mindshare within the BCG partner organization by nurturing multiple sponsors and stakeholders
• Build a sustainable services business through skills development, thought leadership, and relevant offerings
• Demonstrate the impact of partnerships on Databricks adoption through executive influence and thought leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with management consulting providers
• Experience working with senior executives in a leadership capacity
• Proven skills in relationship management and planning
• Ability to collaborate across teams to drive outcomes
• Experience in governance, including managing agreements and executive relationships
