Job Summary

As the Alliance RVP, the successful candidate will manage the partner management function for McKinsey, focusing on strategic partnership planning, sponsor development, and relationship management, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Expand mindshare for Databricks within the McKinsey partner organization by nurturing multiple sponsors and stakeholders
• Build a sustainable services business through skills expansion, thought leadership, and promoting relevant offerings
• Demonstrate the impact of partnerships on Databricks adoption via executive influence and thought leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting
• Proven leadership experience working with senior executives
• Strong relationship management and planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive outcomes
• Experience in governance and ensuring proper agreements and processes are in place
