Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alliances Director to manage partner relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales to partners, building strategic relationships to enhance satisfaction and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners to create and implement joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor partner performance and revenue, analyze KPIs, and provide recommendations for optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing partnerships
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions
  • Experience with PRM/CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
