Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Alliances Director, the successful candidate will manage partner relationships, drive business development initiatives, and enable internal and external stakeholders to optimize partner performance and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales to partners, fostering strong strategic relationships
  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners to define and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor partner performance and revenue contribution, providing analysis and recommendations for optimization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in partner management, sales, channel sales, or business development within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing partnerships within ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions
  • Experience with PRM/CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
