Alliances Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alliances Manager to promote their Talent Management Software Suite to strategic and enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for field-level engagement within assigned territories
• Manage relationships with internal enterprise field organizations and 6-8 complex partners
• Support direct sales teams and achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in Alliances
• Experience managing and supporting large national partners
• Proven ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
• Aptitude for technology and experience using CRM or contact management systems
