Allied and Dental Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recruitment firm, the full-time Allied and Dental Recruiting Consultant will manage recruitment processes, develop client relationships, and achieve performance quotas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment efforts to ensure high-quality client servicing and achieve personal performance quotas
• Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships through strategic account development
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize revenue and success of partnerships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in dental or allied recruitment
• Proven track record in recruiting healthcare providers
• Experience working with C-suite and senior executives
• Strong ability to achieve sales and revenue targets
