Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recruitment firm, the full-time Allied Dental Recruiter will manage recruitment processes, develop client relationships, and achieve performance quotas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment efforts and processes to ensure high-quality client service
• Develop and maintain business relationships with clients to achieve revenue growth
• Create and implement marketing strategies to maximize client revenue and partnership success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or dental fields
• Proven track record in recruiting healthcare providers
• Experience working with C-suite and senior executives
• Strong presentation and communication skills
