Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Underwriter specializing in Allied Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and price new and renewal business to maintain a profitable book
• Develop and maintain strong distribution relationships while communicating risk appetite and negotiating terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless underwriting lifecycle and contribute to underwriting strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of underwriting experience, particularly in Allied Healthcare or related casualty lines
• Proven success in new business production
• Established distribution relationships with retail and wholesale brokers
• Experience with underwriting professional liability exposures in the Allied Healthcare sector
• Background in the E&S market with demonstrated leadership capabilities
