ALM Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ALM Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected ALM strategies in collaboration with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts
• Collaborate with functional teams to assess requirements feasibility and contribute to design improvements
• Execute test plans and participate in code reviews to ensure quality delivery and adherence to coding standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Serena Business Manager (SBM) ALM solutions
• 3+ years in an ALM admin/engineer role
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP)
• Understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies
• Design Thinking certifications from recognized institutions are preferred
