ALM Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ALM Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to develop ALM strategies and solutions
• Support collaborations between business, architecture, development, and testing teams
• Execute test plans and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Serena Business Manager (SBM) ALM solutions
• 3+ years in an ALM admin/engineer role
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies
• Possession of Design Thinking certifications from recognized institutions is preferred
