Job Summary

Driving performance and leading change, the full-time Alterations Business Manager will oversee the execution and continuous improvement of the alterations business, focusing on operational and financial performance while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service quality and profitability in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze alterations revenue and KPIs to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
• Execute standardized operational processes across all store locations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, managing payroll and expenses to align with budget targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Management, Operations, or Fashion Merchandising
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in Store Operations or Technical Production
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data
• Experience executing processes in multi-location environments
• Proven ability to lead operational initiatives and pilot programs effectively
