Job Summary
Supporting the engagement of a global alumni network, the part-time Alumni Community Associate will maintain communication, coordinate community activities, and manage data tracking in a remote, fixed-term role.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with alumni through structured updates and check-ins
- Coordinate logistics for events and community initiatives while ensuring smooth execution of engagement activities
- Maintain and update the alumni tracker/CRM with accurate information and monitor engagement metrics
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, digital marketing, talent engagement, or program coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Teams)
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing a community
- Ability to build relationships and foster community
