Alumni Data Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alumni Data Specialist (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data collection tools to gather information on alumni education and employment
• Compile and analyze alumni outcome data to identify trends and prepare summary reports
• Recommend and implement process improvements for data integrity and support cross-team data integration efforts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Social Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience managing and analyzing data, preferably in a nonprofit or higher education setting
• Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and experience with a data management or CRM platform (Salesforce preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to clean, analyze, and visualize large data sets
