Job Summary

Alumni Engagement Coordinator supports the planning and execution of alumni engagement activities and annual fund initiatives in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate alumni engagement activities and events, providing logistical and administrative support
  • Assist with alumni communications and track participation in events and annual fund activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President for University Advancement and general office operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience considered
  • One to three years of experience in alumni relations, event coordination, or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with alumni databases preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional interaction skills
