Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, the part-time Alumni Engagement Coordinator will manage event registrations, assist with alumni engagement logistics, and analyze event success metrics while reporting to the Director of Alumni Engagement & Events.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of event registrations and RSVPs, including design and electronic collection
  • Assisting with logistics for pre, onsite, and post alumni engagement events
  • Reporting and analyzing event attendance and success metrics in the university's CRM system
Required qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as a team player or self-starter
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various computer applications
  • Experience with CRM databases and event management software is preferred
