Alumni Mission Manager

Job Summary

Coaching and supporting Alumni Coordinators, the remote Alumni Mission Manager will lead Communities of Mission across the country while managing a local CoM, providing clarity and structured support to foster community and missionary discipleship.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and equip Alumni Coordinators to effectively lead their Communities of Mission
• Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure consistency and vitality within each CoM
• Engage in personal fundraising efforts to support mission activities, aiming to raise $5,000-$7,500 monthly

Required qualifications

• Experience in coaching and relational leadership
• Strong background in community building and missionary work
• Ability to operate with autonomy while adhering to clear frameworks
• Proven fundraising experience or willingness to engage in fundraising efforts
• Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of the organization
