Amazon Connect Developer
Job Summary
To design and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions, the contract Amazon Connect Developer will work remotely, focusing on developing contact flows, integrating AWS services, and ensuring system performance and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
- Develop and configure contact flows, routing strategies, and IVR solutions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, and DynamoDB
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB)
- Knowledge of IVR design and contact flow development
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Good understanding of networking and telephony concepts
