Job Summary

A company is looking for an Amazon Connect Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for a module
• Lead validation for testing and support activities related to implementation and transition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• 4+ years of hands-on application development experience using AWS services for telephony solutions
• Strong programming experience in Lambda development using Java, NodeJS, and Python
• Experience in designing CI/CD pipelines and developing chatbots
• Hands-on experience with Maven and Terraform
