Amazon Connect Routing Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior AWS Contact Center Routing Engineer, this remote contract-to-hire position will design, develop, and optimize Amazon Connect routing solutions for large-scale contact center environments, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Amazon Connect routing solutions, including Contact Flows and Routing Profiles
- Troubleshoot complex routing and contact flow issues, and develop automation for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of contact center technology experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect engineering experience
- Deep experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, and AWS Lambda functions
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with APIs or external enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of contact center routing concepts and customer journeys
