Amazon Connect Routing Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a remote contract-to-hire Amazon Connect Routing Engineer, the candidate will design, develop, and optimize enterprise routing solutions for large-scale contact center environments while leveraging expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS services.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Amazon Connect routing solutions, including Contact Flows and Routing Profiles
- Troubleshoot complex routing and contact flow issues, providing support for production incidents and change management
- Develop automation and integrations using AWS services to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer and agent experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact center technology
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect engineering
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Connect routing concepts and AWS Lambda functions
- Experience with API integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and queue design in contact center environments
